We have a strong ethos in delivering fresh, seasonal food with bold and exciting flavours. Whether that be for a workplace delivery, film shoot or corporate dinner, we strive to maintain that passion and flair for what we do, always bringing the Zola’s vibe to any event we produce. We predominantly use locally farmed ingredients and ultra-seasonal produce, guaranteeing the best flavours as well as ensuring minimal carbon footprint.

  

To service our various projects, we are in the process of securing a farm holding outside London to grow our own organic produce alongside a rewilding project of the land, believing this is the most sustainable approach to farming and maintaining the health of the planet.
